职位描述
I. Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage daily booking from suppliers/shippers/sales etc and communicate with sales owner to get shipping instruction
负责接收客户托书,根据海外指示操作安排海运出口事宜
2. Rate quotation for general inquiry
负责一般货物的询价与报价
3. Booking creation in specified system,update report
在企业指定的系统中新建订单,及时更新表格
4. Customer relationship (external & internal), work with customers and vendors to improve our performance and service
和客户及供应商保持持续沟通,以提供日常工作质量和服务水平
5. Billing checking, confirmation with overseas, send pre-alert
确认账单,发送预报给国外代理
6. Be responsible for the daily work within the team, sales support, ensure the timely and proactive communication with customers and other related parties.
与团队紧密联系,负责日常工作,支持销售货物,和客户及其他相关部门保持沟通
7. Ensure the daily excellent service provided and the KPI met,reduce risk and potential claims.
保证为客户提供良好的服务,减少货物潜在的风险和投诉
8. Other works arranged by direct supervisor or manager
完成直线主管或经理安排的其他工作
II. Education and Experience requirements
1. Bachelor Degree or above
大学本科学历及以上
2. More than 5 years related experiences; the background for global forwarder will be preferable.
5年及以上的货代相关工作经验,有国际货代经验者优先
3. Well operation knowledge, good experience in operation and fluent English.
具备海运出口操作知识和经验,以及流利的英语
4. Knowledge of ocean cargo process flow.
熟悉海运出口流程
