1. Production Support 生产支持
- Responsible to meet all the production Quality goal, and responsible to assess and oversight Quality Performance评估并报告生产、管理质量表现，负责工厂各级质量目标达成。
- Find the quality problems, deal with the undetermined products. 发现质量问题，处理QC检验人员无权处理的质量问题。根据公司的标准质量程序，决定如何处置有缺陷的产品， 如丢弃、返工、或放行等。
- Handle the QIR, analysis and follow the corrective actions. 领导生产过程中发现的质量问题的质量分析，找出根本原因，并提出解决方案，跟踪实施结果，并作出最后判决。统计QIR，DR,并与有关人员、管理层沟通
- Assist in achieving key production performance协助达成生产关键考核指标
2. Communicate with other sites. 对外沟通
- Report the quality performance, and follow the upstream corrective actions；与上游的有关人员交流产品质量情况。
- Work out the collective actions plan and assure the corrective action been implemented, communicate with BU or customer for the progress. 向有关人员沟通涉及包装部门的顾客投诉，分析问题的根源，向市场部门反馈顾客投诉的分析结果。

3. Provide technical support to other department 提供产品技术支持
- Maintains the system and approval QMS documents and do the assessment for any change base on product quality point in other department。根据公司的标准质量程序，书面写作，审批QMS有关产品质量方面的文件。负责评估把控其它部门于质量有关的更改风险评估。
4. Customer Support: 客户支持
- Collect and report the customer voice to management team 整理收集客户意见并向管理层报告。
- Answer the customer complaint and assure the preventative and corrective actions implementation 答复客户投诉并落实纠正预防措施的执行。

   要求：
1.Bachelor degree in chemistry major, Black Belt, Certificated ISO internal auditor 大学毕业，理工科专业、质量黑带认证，ISO内审员认证。
2.At least 3 years quality working experience. 至少3年以上质量工作经验。
3.English: Fluent spoken and written 英语：流利的口头和书面表达能力
4.Fluent Windows / MS Word / MS Excel/Power point 熟练的办公软件应用
