1. Own and be responsible for sourcing for all project categories.

2. Be responsible for completing sourcing, price bidding process and maintaining price  for project purchasing and service acquisition , and ensure on time delivery of all supplies related.

3. Lead the process of survey, evaluation and selection for new supplier.

4. Be responsible for applying for new supplier approval

5. Be responsible for negotiating and reviewing business contract

6. Maintain and manage project and service supplier

7. Lead cost saving practice, and complete cost saving and cost avoidance objective.

8. Continuously optimize procurement procedure to enhance purchasing efficiency and mitigate purchasing risk for project category.

9. Complete other tasks manager assigne                 

  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS  

1. Bachelor degree or above,  majoring in Engineering

2. +5 years experiences in MRO material purchasing, preferred in  having experiences in fixed assets, construction object and service purchasing or manufacturing engineering experience related

3. Know well configuration of mechanical and electrical equipment/device and cost accounting of construction object, and Be familiar with general product brand and market pricing information globally

4. Have better communication capability of engineering and technology related

5. Master how to do openly bidding and have related practice experience

6. Have solid experience of project management

7. Know Chinese contract law, and have strong business negotiation capabilit
