岗位职责：
1) 自动化工具、网站及其他应用项目开发

- 在规定时间内完成自动化项目的开发和实施

- 遇到技术难题是能提供多种解决方案

- 为业务部门提供自动化工具及项目咨询

- 开发和测试自动化工具或系统

- 规范化开发并保证开发的安全性

2) 团队管理

- 带领团队成员完成项目开发实施

- 培训发展团队成员的技能

- 为团队成员提供技术支持

- 保证团队成员在规定期限内完成项目

- 确保团队项目的开发规范性及安全性

3) 运营维护

- 为已上线自动化工具、网站或应用实施运维

- 确保运维的合规性

- 确保在最短时间内解决问题以避免对业务造成影响

- 对工单及变更进行跟踪分析，为工具、网站、应用整体性能提升提供优化建议

工作要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、至少9年的开发经验，3年以上开发团队管理经验；
3、技术要求：
必备技能：

- C#.Net / VB.Net/Java开发经验

- Java, Python开发经验

- 丰富的MS SQL / MY SQL / Oracle/Mongo经验

- 熟悉SQL Queries/Views/Stored Procedures.

- 了解frameworks/Design Patterns like MVC / MVVM, Singleton Pattern, Factory Pattern, Domain Driven Development(DDD), Service layer Pattern.

- 要求清楚了解 OOPS Concepts, Entity Framework, Nuget Package Manager.

- 熟练使用MS Visual Studio

加分项：

- 任一RPA平台开发经验优先(Automation Anywhere, Blue Prisim, UI Path)

- 熟练掌握ASP.Net, WCF / Java Spring-Mybatis,struct, HTML, Json, Java Script, Angular JS, Bootstrap.

- 熟悉自动化及测试工具如Selenium, AutoITx.

- 熟练使用Internet Information Service (IIS).

- 熟练掌握Big Data Analytics tools Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Pig, OpenRefine
- 优秀的书面英语和沟通能力Excellent
written English and communication skills
