You will work in a true global role, supporting ABB travelers from 100 countries with Travel operation queries via ABB′s e- ticketing system ServiceNow. This role requires good communication skills and you need to be comfortable interacting with all stakeholders including external suppliers. In order to give the right and distinct answer to the traveler the you need to search for information, combine and summarize among different sources from the ABB Travel knowledge base are expected to work according to pre-defined SOP’s and knowledge articles with a full ownership of the end to end solutioning to the ABB traveler. This is an Operational Travel – Analyst role, reporting to the Global Travel Services Country Expert in Global Business Services located in Xiamen, China.

- Giving the right answer to end users’ questions around Travel operation.
- Being able to handle the queries from ABB international travelers using Help Desk pre-defined knowledge database and standard process procedures. Searching for information, consolidating information and summarizing the knowledge to a distinct answer.
- Answering to the end user question without any delay and as per the Team’s pre-defined KPIs and targets.
- Handling queries from ABB international travelers according to defined tools like ServiceNow, getting involved in mini projects in Operational Travel.
- Connecting with Travelers, Vendors and Category Team Leader regularly, taking end to end ownership and responsibility of the resolution process.
- Ensuring good collaboration within the service line and with all the stake holders / Suppliers.

- Must be a Business travel Graduate with expertise in business travel domain as a major subject and the passionate to learn and explore the travel domain in ABB.
- Should have Good Knowledge on English and Chinese language.
- Should have excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Should have good capacity searching for information, consolidate and take conclusions.
- A project work in university related to Business Travel would be an added advantage.
- Should be able to provide references from your university / workplace.
