Become Jabra’s new Partner Manager and help develop the existing contract-manufacturing network and set the baseline for the future to meet tomorrows demand.

Through its Jabra brand, GN Audio is a world leader in innovative hands free audio solutions, and as Partner Manager, you work in Partner Management within Global Operations. With deep skills within negotiation, you work closely with Quality, Supply Chain Management, Sourcing, Industrialization and Operations Project Management to ensure time to market, right quality and at best cost throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Through solid knowledge within the competitor and manufacturing landscape, you will contribute to the creation of the future manufacturing strategy.
Working in a global team with offices in China and Denmark, you join a team of dedicated colleagues in Shenzhen, China.
GNA T1 overall performance management and contact windows on commercial & cost.
As Partner Manager, it is your responsibility to do GNA T1 overall performance management, also act as key contact window on commercial & cost related topics between GNA and T1, guard and reduce the production costs by challenging the contract-manufacturer through negotiations on i.e. suggested production technologies, overhead and profit etc.. You will use your experience to work with different teams within GN to ensure the best possible product cost and minimize supply risks.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- GNA T1 overall performance management.
- Key contact windows on commercial & cost related topics between GNA and T1.
- QBR price update and LOP negotiation to meet GN annual LOP PPV saving target.
- Support the organization with value/cost analysis on MP products
- Maintain, update and provide the monthly scorecard (KPI)
- Investigate and motivate for cost effective design and manufacturability through mapping of value/cost opportunities related to production
- Regular supplier visit & reduce product supply uncertainty and risk
- Contribute to the future contract-manufacturing strategy
- Successfully manage your stakeholders to ensure commitment to achieve best product cost.
Manufacturing understanding combined with strong economic and commercial skills
You are a highly skilled within manufacturing processes and Design to Manufacturing. You have a technical or economic background combined with 5+ years of international business and economics experience, providing you with great negotiation skills. It is imperative that you have:
- Solid experience in sourcing / production / operation / SCM / logistical etc.
- Solid experience in negotiations including deep understanding in all different cost elements, especially on manufacturing cost.
- Solid experience in providing business intelligence reports covering the manufacturing and competitor landscape。
- Good Supplier Relationship Management skills / communication skill and a team player.
- Fluent capabilities in English, both written and spoken.
It is a plus if you have worked with MRP systems.
As a person, you are solution orientated and have a good business understanding combined with cost consciousness and strong interpersonal and negotiation competences. You have a strong drive, allowing you to challenge the way we do things and you maintain a passion for quality and attention to details. Finally, you have a strong customer focus and thrive, and are used to working in teams where knowledge is shared and ideas are freely discussed.
