Responsibilities

  

1. Provide IT support to users, log their calls and resolve, follow up, or escalate their technical issues
2. Communicate with support teams from the Parent Bank (in Singapore and Paris).
3. Hardware and software operations support, installation, maintenance and testing.
4. Maintain and supporting office automation, communication and conferencing systems, e.g. printers, fax machines, video conferencing, audio conferencing, projectors and presentation equipment.
5. Monitor local and remote servers and network equipment.
6. Monitor and maintain environmental systems in the Server Room, such as air-condition, water leakage detector, fire control and BMS alarming systems
7. Regular update security patches and antivirus software on workstations and servers.
8. Install and maintain workstations and servers.
9. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT fixed assets, including PC, laptop, screens, servers and network equipment.
10. Maintain office security systems, such as door access, CCTV, security alarm.
11. Assist IT projects, such as hardware or software migration, system implementation, user acceptance tests.

  

 

  

Requirements

  

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology related major.
2. At least 2 years related working experience.
3. IT certificate holder is preferred.
4. Good command of English in written.
5. Strong learning agility and communication skill.
