岗位职责

1、负责餐厅的服务管理，规范服务员标准，为客人提供高标准的优质服务；

2、严格管理本餐厅的设备、物资、用具等，做到帐物相符，保持规定的完好率；

3、负责本部门服务规范和工作流程的贯彻实施；

4、每日检查设备、家具、餐具的摆设及其完成情况；

5、负责按照通知单和订单的要求，逐一布置落实，并顺利有效地实施；

6、协助迎宾员迎送宾客，接待重要客人。妥善处理客人投诉，搞好对客关系；

7、检查餐厅营业区域，督导员工做好餐前准备；

8、做好餐厅安全和防火工作；

9、协助餐厅经理对属下的培训工作。

 

任职资格

1、高中以上学历35岁以下，外形良好，有1年以上餐厅管理工作经验者优先；

2、熟悉餐厅的运作及经营；

3、良好的沟通、合作能力和独立的工作能力；

4、有较强的管理能力和责任心。
