岗位职责

1、服从领班的领导，接受领班对工作程序及质量的检查、指导；

2、严格按职业标准，热情地为客人提供服务；

4、及时报告客人遗留物品、物品损坏、遗失和索赔等情况；

5、回答客人提出的有关问题；

6、介绍服务项目和客房设施的使用方法。

任职资格

1、初中以上学历，身体健康、品貌端正、诚实肯干；

2、能承受工作压力；

3、有相关工作经验者优先录用有。
