ACCOUNTABILITIES职责
Establish and execute e-sourcing events 创建和实施电子投标事件
? Receive and validate e-sourcing requests收到并核准电子投标申请
? Recommend auction strategies to category managers based on supplier’s history/behaviour基于供应商的历史表现和行为向品类经理推荐电子投标策略
? Configure the event rules in the e-sourcing tool 在电子投标工具中设置投标规则
? Establish and conduct test events in e-sourcing tool and ensure suppliers have connectivity在电子投标工具中创建和实施投标测试以确保供应商可以连通。
Manage e-Auction events 管理电子投标事件
? Engage and train the suppliers in the e-Sourcing event execution促使和培训供应商参与电子投标
? Conduct the live events电子投事件的实时管控
? Place surrogate bids if required需要时履行代理投标
? Monitor supplier behaviour/ Communicate with suppliers / follow up on functional & technical issues管控供应商的行为/与供应商沟通/跟踪职能和技术方面的问题
? Analyse the results of the e-event and generate report on outcome分析电子投标事件的结果并生成结果报告

? Establish a Best Practice identification routine创建***实践的识别机制
? Search for Best Practices across zones在整个大区范围内遴选***实践
General activities 一般活动
? Support Spot Buyer on technical requirements for RFQs and e-Auctions 在技术层面为零星采购员在RFQ和电子投标方面提供支持。
? Identify and register potential suppliers into e-sourcing tool在电子投标工具中识别并注册潜在的供应商
? Communicate e-sourcing requirements to suppliers and ensure they are trained to use e-sourcing tools 与供应商沟通电子投标的需求并确保供应商获得使用电子投标工具的培训。
? Escalate issues to Sourcing Support Lead 上报相关问题到询购支持负责人。
QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED任职资格和技能要求
? Critical skills needed for success in this position本岗位关键技能要求:
A. Strong understanding of eSourcing tools精通电子投标工具。
B. Hands-on procurement / category management experience实际的采购及品类管理经验。
C. Analytical skills 分析技巧。
D. Ability to conceptualize business impact focused analytics基于分析的商务概括能力
E. Communicating effectively by conveying information and ideas in a clear, meaningful, and timely manner, providing information to ensure understanding; solicit inputs and provide open candid conversations. 有效的沟通以清晰、务实、实时的方式传递信息和提案,确保所传递的信息被正确的理解,公开公正地征求反馈。
F. Establishing collaborative working relationships建立良好的协作关系。
