岗位职责：

1.负责对客户的日常设备进行维护，包括服务器、存储、交换机等设备。

2.对客户的设备问题进行解答、咨询。

3.对客户的设备故障进行排错维修。能够独立完成计算机硬件、操作系统的安装、调试及故障处理。

4.按照客户要求对服务器、存储、网络设备进行上架安装。

5.按照客户要求对服务器、存储等平台进行搭建。

岗位要求：

1.有VMware Center、Linux和SQL Server工作经验者优先

2.熟悉Dell/HP/IBM等厂家的PC、服务器、存储产品。

3.沟通与协调能力强，主动性好，服务意识强，工作严谨细致，有责任心。

4.本科以上学历（计算机相关专业），至少有1年以上客户现场支持工作经验。
