Role & Responsibilities

E-CRM Manager be a collaborative, inclusive, and team-driven role that has entrepreneurial drive. He/She is proficient in using user value system model and ConvertLab CRM tools, while being sensitive to customer life cycle value. Good at user precision activity and conversion, good at data precipitation and analysis, detail oriented, dare to continuously explore and try new growth opportunities and methods to achieve customer growth and sales target.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:

- Deep dive into member demographic, purchasing, EC platform behavior and social behavior across consumer journey to carry out long-term and short-term strategy for member operations

- Set up ECRM member segmentation system and execution plan with various channel and touchpoints for customer acquisition and retention. Conduct A/B testing to ensure the result improving constantly.

- Build up Loyalty member program, including membership grade system, CRM campaign, and keep optimize it with activities, benefits and offering.

- Collaborate with agency, PR team and Brand manager to implement best practices in consumer engagement across different channels viz. WeChat, SMS, EDM, APPs, etc

- Responsible for day-to-day CRM operations:

- Keep track, evaluate and summarize all ECRM related activities, including but not limited to optimize member profile, CRLV (Customer Relationship Lifetime Value) and revenue achieved. Ensure right content being sent to right segments.

- Own and execute membership benefit program

- Engage and manage the membership and partner access

Specifically, for E commerce part, which is mainly Tmall for now, your job scope will cover :

- Member management:

Responsible for the establishment, maintenance and improvement of the member management system, Develop and improve member rights and policies, enrich member points and other activities, Improve the user consumption experience, promote and optimize the membership composition, increase the number of effective members and sales;

- Member marketing:

Manage member information and life cycle of members. Insight and analysis of member behaviors and needs. Develop and implement precision marketing strategies, constantly catalyze member activity, increase the proportion of member sales, and improve member value contribution;

- Member activities:

Plan and implement themed marketing activities or marketing programs for members to enhance member satisfaction and membership stickiness;

- Data analysis:

CRM data analysis, Establish member precision marketing system, improve ROI of CRM marketing activities;

- Project management:

Associate with the membership project of the marketing team. Make rational use of resources, and optimize the member management system according to the results.


Qualifications we are looking for:

The Skills & Experience needed to start your journey:

- Min 5 years of relevant experiences in marketing/ sales gained from FMCG/ Retail/ Fashion / Cosmetics / Luxury Goods industry or relevant management consultancy experience, among which at least 4 years working experience in membership system, CRM or customer operation role with membership management experience is much preferred.

- Track records re. business analysis, EC and IT project management is a plus

- Familiar with statistical reports, consumer behavior and sales data analysis. Comfortable with data.

- Learn about Tmall CRM tools and proficiency in using them, Good copywriting skills

- Strong consumer demand awareness, strong data analysis and mining ability, strong logical thinking ability, strong execution

- Good at logical thinking and analysis, sensitive to data, able to skillfully use Excel for member data

analysis

- Proven project management ability and user-centered awareness

- A solid grasp of financial management
