3）Good in planning, organization,  communication, control and team building. Has a strong adaptability 

4）Strong  leadership qualities and good interpersonal skills

5）Irregular assignments to support factories in Thailand are acceptable

JOB SUMMARY：

1）Lead team to evaluate the assembly C/T, fixture,  equipment and capacity for new project

2）Lead team to develop process,  automation equipment, fixture, new materials for new project.

3）Lead team to  solve technical problems in new project process development, mass production and  feedback from customer complaints

4）Lead engineering team to continues  improve current process, using VSM, Should cost and automation, accomplish the  annual cost saving goal. 

5）Close attention on trends of material, process,  key component, packaging, etc… relative to business with current or defined  potential customers

6）Technical documentation & ECN management and  Approval
