工作职责概况：Job Description:

  

1. 负责PCB市场部销售代表反馈回来的KPIR弊病的分析、调查及显微报告。

    Responsible for analysis, investigation and microscopic report of KPI defects which returned by sales representatives of PCB Marketing Department.

2. 配合经销商和销售代表起草《客户反馈报告》。

   Cooperate with dealers and sales representatives to draft Customer Response Report.

3. 参加每月（季度）的市场部质量例会，报告KPIR的分析调查进展情况及落实解决KPIR相关的关键问题。

   Participate in monthly (quarterly) quality meetings of the Marketing Department, report the analysis and investigation progress of KPIR and implement and solve key issues related to KPIR.

4. 每年完成1次经销商/客户的培训任务。

   To provide 1 or more quality training to dealers/customers per year. 

5. 每年提出并实施两种方法来提高我们的质量支持。

   Propose and implement two methods or more each year to improve quality support.

6. 为PCB新产品的推出提供支持。

   Provide support for the launch of NEW PCB products

7. 扫描仪的维护及故障排除。

   Scanner maintenance and troubleshooting.

8. 扫描数据的管理及扫描软件更新。

   Scan data management and scan software update.

9. 支持PCB胶片厂的大轴弊病分析、污染物鉴别。

   Support defect analysis of film and pollutant identification of PCB manufacturing.

10. 确保显微室符合ISO 9001 & ISO 14001的标准。

    Ensure that the microscope lab complies with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards.

11. 显微室及扫描仪相关消耗品的管理。

    Management of consumables related to microscope lab and scanner.

12. 若需要亲自或在线参加与经销商或客户的产品质量会议。

    Participate in quality meeting in person or via online means with dealers/customers as required. 

13. 提供对所有AIM产品的技术支持。

    Provide techincal support to all AIM film product.

                                                    

 

  

教育程度和知识要求  Knowledge, Experiences, Skills:

  

1. 大专及以上学历、有化学专业背景优先，三年以上工作经验。

   College degree or above, chemistry background is preferred, more than 3 years working experience.

2. 较强的分析解决问题能力，特别需要耐心和细心，积极主动，善于沟通，有较强的团队精神。

   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially patience and carefulness, proactive, good at communication, strong team spirit.

3. 熟悉ISO质量系统。

    Familiar with ISO quality system.

4. 熟练的电脑及办公软件操作。

   Good PC skills .

5. 基本的英文听说读写能力。

   Basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
