职责概述：
    负责安吉星IT系统的一线支持；负责系统报障和用户个案的一线处理；负责7*24监控并处理或升级运维事件；负责晚间配合系统变更支持；负责晚间应用维护；负责用户桌面支持；

岗位职责：  

1． 保障系统可用性，每天通过smoke test进行系统检查，根据文档进行系统重启维护，监控报警快速响应，交班沟通；  

2．根据文档处理一线个案，遵行ITIL标准, 对所有以任何形式(电话, 邮件, 工单系统, 现场)上报的一线事件进行记录, 处理, 升级, 追踪. 直至事件关闭.

3． 事件/话务量/高峰话务量/报警汇总分析预测，报警信息汇总, 提高重要报警优先级别, 筛选无效报警信息；  

4． 日常运维改善，流程化, 遵从安吉星现有流程机制，可重复性, 确保所有运维操作的精准, 确保所有人在任何时间都可以准确执行；

5. 一线事故处理，系统服务恢复为***优先级别，重大事故必须在***时间响应并采取操作，快速响应定位问题, 并及时做出准确判断, 采取有效操作；

任职资格：  

1、计算机相关专业本科以上学历，接受优秀应届毕业生；  

2、良好的IT知识背景（操作系统/网络/数据库/IT服务管理等），熟练使用各种自动化运维工具及监控技术，有某领域突出或有相关证书者优先；

3、有责任心和积极的态度，有良好的沟通能力及团队协作精神，有创新意识者更佳；  

4、较好的英语交流能力，CET-4及以上水平者优先。

Shanghai OnStar launched its mobile app. in Jun. 2011, which is the only telematics service in China that offers a vehicle integrated mobile phone application. In addition, users can check mileage, fuel level and tire pressure. Furthermore, the mobile application currently provide remote start function to the users of four specific vehicle models of SGM, including 2011 Escalade and SRX of Cadillac, New LaCross and Enclave of Buick.
