Roles & Responsibilities:

1，   Provide daily & monthly sales report and bi-weekly rolling forecast

2，   Provide and consolidate variance analysis against business plan and trend including product margin analysis, monthly performance, price increase etc.

3，   Coordinate the budget and forecast process (Revenue & OPEX) and ensure high quality submission and in-depth analysis

4，   Participate in the tracking and monitoring of key initiatives & KPI

5，   Provide other ad hoc reports and analysis

Qualifications and Experience:

1，   Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting/Finance

2，   Solid working experience in financial planning & analysis (at least 3 years in manufacturing industry)

3，   Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision

4，   Good team cooperation and communication skill

5，   Familiar with ERP system(e.g. SAP) and other computer skills(Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

6，   Fluent both in written and spoken English

7，   Be willing to travel and mobility
