岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1. Analyzing customer functional test requirements, create corresponding test cases and sequences of actuator products

分析客户的功能测试要求，创建执行器产品的相应测试用例及序列。

2. Create and manage the validation test documentation according to customer & internal requirements

根据客户与内部要求，创建和管理相应的测试文档

3. Create test cases and test sequences for the durability/environmental tests and system tests

创建耐久/环境测试和系统测试相关测试用例

4. Performing the qualifying tests, Test the found and fixed faults, fault documentation, result documentation

完成测试，分析错误原因，并编写相应的失效报告，测试报告

5. Support with fault analysis at all stages of product life cycle （ proto/samples/ validation/ analysis/ complaints ...）

产品周期各阶段验证（原型/样品/验证/分析/投诉等）

6. If necessary on site test support at customer

如有需要，协助客户进行驻场测试

7. Permanent coordination with project manager and development team

项目经理及开发团队的长期合作

8. Coordinate the internal resources in Lab

实验室内部资源的协调

9. Permanently improve and develop the test methods and test tools for actuator products in test Lab

执行器产品的相关测试方法测试设备的长期完善和开发

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. University degree in Electronics Engineering

机械或电子相关专业本科学历及以上

2. 5 years of experience in actuator or  electronics testing activity. Experience in Automotive products is preferred.

五年以上电子产品测试经验，有汽车产品相关测试经验者更佳

3. Deep Knowledge of testing: customer requirements, testing strategy, testing documentation,

深度理解测试：客户需求，测试策略，测试文档

4. Advanced Knowledge of Requirements management

深度理解需求管理

5. Knowledge of FMEA, knowledge of Failure analysis in complex actuator or electronics products

了解复杂执行器或电子产品的FMEA,失效分析

6. Fluent English, both oral and written. Experience in office 365 is preferred

英语听说读写熟练. 有微软365办公套件经验更佳

7. Familiar with customer validation standards and international test norms

海拉（厦门）电气有限公司（简称HED）是海拉集团控股的公司，它是2011年8月在厦门注册成立的生产汽车继电器及其它汽车电子控制产品的德资企业。其股东为Hella KGaA Hueck&Co,海拉胡克公司是世界级汽车电子供应商，拥有领先的汽车电子设计，开发及制造技术。

 

HED坐落于厦门火炬高新区同集园集成路1446号厂房***层，其致力于汽车继电器等汽车电器及汽车电子控制产品，主要生产S2,Micro等型号的继电器，广泛地应用在汽车的控制系统、门锁系统、车窗升降、天窗控制、座椅调节、车灯控制、冷却系统、ABS系统，也可用于工程车辆及其他自动化控制设备中。

 

公司主要客户有上海大众，一汽大众，上海通用，现代汽车等整车厂；德尔福汽车线束，汕头YAZAKI等汽车配件一级供应商。

 

Hella(Xiamen) Electronic Device Co., LTD(Abbreviation HED) was co-founded by Hella Group. It registering at Xiamen in August 2011. It produce automotive relays and other automotive electronics control products. Its shareholder is Hella KGaA Hueck& Co. Hella KGaA Hueck& Co. is a wordwide level automotive electronics supplier. It posses leading automotive electronic design, development and manufacturing technology.

HED is located at 1st floor NO.1446, Jicheng RD, Tongji Park, Huoju Gaoxin Dist, Xiamen. HED will produce automotive relays and other automotive electric equipment, automotive electronic control products. It mainly produce S2, Micro and other type of relays. These relays are widely used at automotive control system, lockstitch of door, car window’s up-down, top window’s controlling, chai’s adjustment, car light’s controlling, cooling system, ABS system. And these relays may also be used in engineering car and other automation control equipments.

The company’s main customer is VW Shanghai, VW Yiqi, GM Shanghai, Morden Car and other OEM plant; Delphi automotive’s wire harness, Shantou YAZAKI and other automotive replacement tier 1 supplier.
