Recruitment Management 人员招聘
  • According to department development needs, analysis the manpower, support to make and implement the recruitment plan and track the effect

    根据部门发展需求,分析人力情况,协助制定并实施招聘计划,跟踪效果

  • Assist department manager to complete and update job description

    协助各部门经理完善、更新职位说明书

  • Maintain and develop internal and external recruitment channels

    开拓并维护内外部招聘渠道

  • Track and collect the talent information, manage and update talent pool

    跟踪并收集同行业人才动态,管理更新公司人才库信息

  • Maintain recruitment process including post job, screen resume, interview & assessment, reference check, onboarding process

    招聘流程的跟进,包括:发布职位信息,收集并筛选简历、面试与评估,背景调查、入职手续办理等工作

  • According to company development needs, implement the internship program

    根据公司发展需求,制定并实施实习生及应届生的招聘项目

  • Analyze, evaluate and optimize the recruitment process and system

    分析、评估及优化招聘工作的各项流程及制度

    Performance Management 绩效管理

  • Work closely with C&B Team and department Manager on performance management process

    协助部门经理、薪资福利团队管理绩效流程

  • Follow up target setting, performance feedback, performance review and improvement process by department levels

    跟进员工绩效目标设置、评估、反馈及绩效改进的相关流程

  • Work with department manager make and track the performance improvement plan for the staffs below the performance

    协助部门经理针对于低于绩效目标的员工制定并跟踪绩效改进计划

    Talent Development 员工发展

  • Analyze training needs based on the business plan and cooperate with Learning & Development Team to implement accordingly by working closely with department manager

    根据业务发展,协助部门经理及学习发展团队分析部门培训需求,跟进绩效改进

  • Take the role of internal communication to ensure employees’ awareness and understanding of the update from company, such as HR relevant policies and process etc.

    有效与员工沟通,确保其对公司的最新政策及动态有实时的了解,如人力资源相关政策及流程的更新等

  • Identify the talent needs from business perspective and take the relevant initiatives on talent retention and development program

    根据公司人才的需求,建议并实施相关的人才保留及发展项目

  • According to company development needs, implement the internship development program

    根据公司发展需求,制定并实施实习生及应届生的培养项目

    Probation management 试用期管理

  • Responsible for new employee orientation procedure, including personal materials collection, contract and JD sign-off, establish new employee profile

    负责新员工入职手续办理,包括入职材料的收集、合同与职位说明书的签订、建立人事档案等工作

  • Track new employee probation, implement the probation evaluation and training, handling probation completion procedure

    负责新员工试用期跟踪,参与用人部门完成新员工的试用期考核、培训等工作,办理新员工转正手续

  • Handle employee relations and labor issues, provide consultation on employee relations during the probation period

    负责处理试用期期间的员工关系和劳工问题,为用人部门及新员工提供关于员工关系的咨询帮助

  • Make and update new employee orientation procedure

    制定并完善新员工入职流程

    Responsible for other HR work assigned by supervisor

    负责其他人力资源相关工作

  • Responsible for employees’ exit interview, analyze resignation reason, provide the retention suggestion, improve the staff retention rate

    员工离职面谈,分析离职原因,提供解决方案,提高员工留用率

  • Assist to manage localize social media recruitment strategy in China, creative content production and explores important recruitment branding niches

    协助上级管理本地化的社交媒体招聘策略、提供富有创意的招聘内容,建立针对潜在候选人的雇主品牌形象

  • Responsible for other recruitment work and supporting work from other module assigned by superior

    负责上级安排的招聘或者其他模块的支持工作
