Responsibility:

1.Take part in new platform products development activities with cooperation with global project team；同总部项目成员合作参与新平台产品的研发；

2.Improvements or maintenance of existing products；现有产品的改善和维护；

3.Responsible to define product mechanical/material design；对产品的机械结构设计，材料设计进行定义；

4.Responsible for testing, verifying products according to specifications；根据产品规格对产品进行测试及验证；

5. Be compliant and make documentation according to Ambu quality system for medical device and guidelines from relevant authorities；依据安保医疗产品质量体系及方针对所做工作进行正确文件化及存档；

6.Technical support and problem solving, such as technical evaluation and implementation of design changes, product complaints improvement；技术支持及问题解决，即对产品设计变更，客诉解决方案的技术评估及执行；

7.Share information to all involved parties and ensure projects are run in the best way and coordinated with other activities；同相关职能部门共享信息确保项目以最有效的方式执行，并同其他项目进行良好协调；

8.Through communication and cooperation make good relations to relevant external parties, such as users, customers, sub suppliers, tool maker.通过良好沟通协作同相关外部人员保持良好联系，比如客户，供应商，模具商等；

9. Support on the registration, maintenance of the test equipment used in development laboratory

协助用于开发部实验室的测试设备的注册和维护

Competency:

1.Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Engineering Major； 本科及以上学历，机械或工程专业；

2.3~5 years working experience in R&D or similar experience in Medical Device industry； 3~5年以上研发或医疗器械行业的工作经验；

3.Basic knowledge on Quality System is preferred；具备质量体系相关知识优先考虑；

4. Be skillful operation to MS Office and 3D model software；熟练使用微软办公软件及3D构图软件；

5.High level of understanding, reading, speaking and writing English；优秀的的英语听说读写能力；

6.Experience in project management；项目管理相关工作经验；

7.Plastic material knowledge or injection knowledge is preferred；具备塑料材料或注塑工艺的基础知识优先考虑；

8.Basic knowledge on process validation；制程工艺确认的基础知识；

  安保（厦门）塑胶工业有限公司的前身是创立于1998年的巨贸有限公司，总公司于2000年10月将其收购之后，正式进入厦门，成立了安保（厦门）塑胶工业有限公司，成为安保在亚洲的主要生产基地，包括生命维护设备和训练设备。
  目前，公司坐落于厦门象屿保税区内，投资额80万美金，厂房面积约1.8万平方米，其中包括行政办公区、注塑车间、加工车间、仓库等，公司还拥有两个10万级的洁净车间，所有产品销往全球各大洲。
