Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for the operations lead of a team and for the delivery of the overall operational sales targets.

• Ensure delivery of customers KPIs/ sales targets including customer service level and quality measures.

• Managing and leading all elements of the plant P&L and operations/ activities, including Production, Engineering and Quality functions.

• Maintaining and managing high standards of operation by increasing production yield, reducing production cost, reducing working capital, implementing excellence in service and quality and respecting safety.

• Coordinating and implementing capital expenditure for projects, new investments for the growth of the company, on time, on budget and meeting the expected quality.

• Establishing good communication with external customers, understanding customer needs and requirements in order to provide the appropriate quality and service.

• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

• Develop talent pool by optimizing the skills of the existing team.

• Help promote company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

Jobs Requirements:

• At least Bachelor Degree and strong Engineering background.

• 5-7 years of related experiences in management, operations and leadership.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Able to travel on regular basis.

• Irregular assignments to support factories in Philippines are acceptable
