岗位职责：

1.协助驻场经理完成工作任务，包括：财务，技术维护，采购，团队工作安排，资产管理和供应商管理；

2.理解并需要和客户建立良好的工作关系为客户提供有效率的服务，以确保客户利益***化；

3. 了解驻场的运营和技术要求，为当前的服务团队提供必要的物资支持；

4. 定时检查现场服务以确保供应商和团队的合同义务；

5. 确保采购的库存量为现场提供最优化的工作效率.；

6. 协助经理确保现场会议/事件顺利进行；

7. 密切联系客户代表解决问题和提供工作建议。

任职要求

1、大专或以上学历；

2、英语听说、读、写能力良好；

3、熟练各类办公软件，有三年以上办公室行政助理或两年以上物业管理工作经验，有综合设施管理经验者优先考虑；

4、工作细心、认真负责，具有较强承压能力；

5、待人热情，有团队精神，良好沟通能力及协调技巧。
