Responsibility

1. Responsible for vibration testing of products

负责产品的振动类测试

2. Receive and analysis internal, external customer test requirement

接收和分析内部、外部客户的测试委托

3. Prepare test needed tools, fixture, etc. plan test schedule and perform the test

准备测试需要的工具、夹具等，安排测试进度，完成实验

4. Analysis test result, write test report

分析测试结果，编写测试报告

5. Evaluate and develop new test method, offer professional advice for the improvement of fixture and equipment

评估、开发新的检测方法，相关夹具设备的提升建议

6. Coordinate external test supplier for outsource test

协调外部测试供应商，完成委外测试

7. Coordinate supplier for measurement equipment’s repair and maintenance and document archive

协调供应商进行设备的维修、保养和文档归类

8. Create and manage the test documentation according to customer & Hella requirements

根据客户与海拉内部要求，创建和管理相应的测试文档

9. Other job assigned by superior leader

上级领导安排的其他工作

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering (Optional)

机械或电子专业学士学位（可选）

2. 3+ years working experience of vibration testing

3年以上振动测试相关工作经验

3. Familiar with mechanical test methods and experience in handling of test, e.g.: Vibration, Shock, Drop, Mechanical force test, etc.

熟悉机械测试方法，有相关测试经验，如：振动、冲击、跌落、机械力测试等

4. Good communication skill, coordination skill and teamwork skill

具有良好的沟通技巧，协调技巧和团队合作技巧

5. Deep knowledge for different kind of tests

对各种类型的测试有自己深刻的理解

6. Workable English, both read and written. Able to communicate with foreign colleague directly both via email

会英语读写，能够用email与国外同事沟通

7. Creative and hard work

工作认真有创造力

海拉（厦门）电气有限公司（简称HED）是海拉集团控股的公司，它是2011年8月在厦门注册成立的生产汽车继电器及其它汽车电子控制产品的德资企业。其股东为Hella KGaA Hueck&Co,海拉胡克公司是世界级汽车电子供应商，拥有领先的汽车电子设计，开发及制造技术。

 

HED坐落于厦门火炬高新区同集园集成路1446号厂房***层，其致力于汽车继电器等汽车电器及汽车电子控制产品，主要生产S2,Micro等型号的继电器，广泛地应用在汽车的控制系统、门锁系统、车窗升降、天窗控制、座椅调节、车灯控制、冷却系统、ABS系统，也可用于工程车辆及其他自动化控制设备中。

 

公司主要客户有上海大众，一汽大众，上海通用，现代汽车等整车厂；德尔福汽车线束，汕头YAZAKI等汽车配件一级供应商。

 

Hella(Xiamen) Electronic Device Co., LTD(Abbreviation HED) was co-founded by Hella Group. It registering at Xiamen in August 2011. It produce automotive relays and other automotive electronics control products. Its shareholder is Hella KGaA Hueck& Co. Hella KGaA Hueck& Co. is a wordwide level automotive electronics supplier. It posses leading automotive electronic design, development and manufacturing technology.

HED is located at 1st floor NO.1446, Jicheng RD, Tongji Park, Huoju Gaoxin Dist, Xiamen. HED will produce automotive relays and other automotive electric equipment, automotive electronic control products. It mainly produce S2, Micro and other type of relays. These relays are widely used at automotive control system, lockstitch of door, car window’s up-down, top window’s controlling, chai’s adjustment, car light’s controlling, cooling system, ABS system. And these relays may also be used in engineering car and other automation control equipments.

The company’s main customer is VW Shanghai, VW Yiqi, GM Shanghai, Morden Car and other OEM plant; Delphi automotive’s wire harness, Shantou YAZAKI and other automotive replacement tier 1 supplier.
