Responsibilities:

1.Supplier sourcing according to designed technology and service requirement;

2.Work with supplier on RFQs and ensure that technical, engineering and quality requirement are adequately defined and communicated to supplier.

3.New supplier identification, sample request.

4.Work with current supplier to achieve Quarterly cost reduction.

5.Monitor and communicate current commodity market conditions, technology roadmap, and identify supply/demand challenges.

6.Develop /Improve supplier performance and Collaborates internally and externally as required to optimize supply chain results

7.Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above with major in related discipline;.

2.More than 8 years work experience in sourcing operation.

3.Fluent English communication skill both in written and oral. CET-6 or PET-4 English certificate or equivalent level.

4.Excellent interpersonal communication skill, negotiation skill and project leading skill;

5.Must have aggressive but pleasant commercial skills.

6.Skillful in MS office software.

7.Familiar with supply chain of craft, tools, electronics products.

8.Familiar with commercial terms, customs regulation in Asia countries as well as strong knowledge in manufacturing process.

9.Able to work independently and coordinate with teams at various levels.
