This is a HSE Specialist role, reporting to the Facility Manager in Business Area – Global Business Services located in Xiamen, China.

- Implementing and maintaining HSE management system and ensuring to comply with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Identifying and assessing national and relevant HSE legal, regulations and keeping contact with local authorities.
- Analyzing the HSE related data, providing the HSE reports to show the KPI and safety programs implementation status.
- Organizing and implementing HSE training and work plan.
- Identifying, monitoring and managing environmental, occupational and safety risks, to prevent any incident.
- Organizing and performing safety checks, internal audit, support audit from third party, or ABB global and ensuring the findings can be closed timely.
- Implementing ABB WAY documentation and delivering.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- A bachelor’s degree in safety engineering and preferred to have safety register engineer certificate.
- Must have at least 5 years’ HSE experience in manufacturing plant or project site.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 criterion and with local related safety, environmental, legal and regulations policy.
- Good English speaking and written skills.
- Sound knowledge on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, AutoCAD and Outlook.
- Must possess good communication and coordination skills.
