This is a CNXDR ITS HSE specialist role, reporting to the Company Manager/JV Manager in Business Area – Electrification located in Xiamen, China.

Responsible负责:

1. Develop HSE standards and procedures, law compliance and HSE standards；

   组织安全流程和标准的编写和实施；

2. Organize HSE compliance evaluation, risk assessment and initiate proposals;

   合规性评价，风险评估及控制措施的制定；

3. Ensure HSE rules are implemented；

   确保各级组织履行安全职责；

4. Initiate safety culture and awareness, improve behavior and mindset of employee and external person;

   提升组织的安全文化，规范员工和外来人员的行为；

5. Organize and follow up safety agenda, and other required programs；

   组织和跟踪安全计划和安全项目的设施；

6. Lead and propose HSE improvements;

   实施安全改进；

7. Develop and deliver safety training matrix;

   开展安全培训；

8. Develop HSE dashboard and report according to defined interval；

   进行月度汇报；

9. Work with ABB global and other ABB HSE members to complete safety programs;

   和HSE团队紧密合作，完成安全/环境项目；

10. Other HSE issues, such as environment and occupational health.

    其他事宜，如环境和职业健康。

Requirements：

1. Expert in HSE knowledge;

   熟悉HSE知识；

2. University degree in Environment/Safety or equivalent;

   大学本科及以上学历，主修安全、环境工程；

3. HSE work experienced in manufacturing above 3 years, know ISO 45001/ISO 14001/ISO 50001 system;

   制造企业至少3年以上安全/环境管理经验，熟悉ISO45001，ISO14001或ISO50001体系；

4. National-certified safety engineer is preferred;

   取得注册安全工程师资格；

5. Able to communicate with English (oral, writing);

   英文熟练；

6. Good at Microsoft office and PPT present;

   熟练使用Office软件；

7. Warm hearted, leadership, work independently, self-motivated, strong execution power and good communication skills.

   良好的个人执行力和沟通能力，热心、独立、强烈的责任心。

ABB Power Equipment (Xiamen) Company Limited founded in Dec 2012, The business scope of the company is designing, manufacturing, assembling and testing Middle/High Voltage combinations, tank circuit-breaker and their auxiliaries, accessories. Providing module to ABB companies in China, India, Saudi and etc.
