• Receiving and processing orders, management of the customer order process following TASK module
• Provide customers with personalized service, regular or daily contact with the key personnel of the customer.
• Collect forecast, customer system data, update the relevant detailed forecast and order change information, and monitor the monthly progress.
• In case of emergency or complaint respond immediate externally and internally.
• The management of the promotion policy request / credit notes / debit notes.
• Coordinate with related sales staff to maintain supply chain and credit as a team.
• Prepare and stamp the annual Distributor Contracts and Authorizations with the information from sales and marketing department.
• Back up the customer service colleague when there is annual leave or emergency.
• Implement and push the Sales Promotion Policy from the marketing department
• Perform other tasks as assigned
• 任职资格
• Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in administration, customer service, logistics, foreign trade or related.
• Experience:1 to 3 years work experience in customer service or related.
• Fluent English communication skills in both writing and speaking..
• Proficiency in using SAP, software of spreadsheets and electronic documents.
• Good knowledge of international payment terms.
• Good time control and management of production and delivery.
• Good planning, analysis, organization and problem solving skills.
• Be able to work during holiday according to customers’ requirement.
