岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1.Responsible for process characterization /creation/ optimization studies to determine process capabilities for meeting customer requirements.为满足客户需求负责过程特点，创新，优化研究，决定产能；

2.Responsible for respective production line quality.负责每条线的产品质量；

3.Technical input for ‘Work Instruction‘ （WI） to ensure the technical accuracy of repeatability and stability.填写作业指导书确保技术精度和稳定性；

4.Investigation and reporting of manufacturing process-related failures, determining root cause.调查报告与制造过程相关的失效，发现根源；

5.Drive quality, yield improvements and cost improvement projects.主导质量，产量提高和成本改善项目；

6.Work with internal / external equipment manufacturers or other assembly center to improve current manufacturing process and development.与内外部设备制造商或其他装配线中心一道改善当前制造过程和开发；

7.Responsible for the SPC control of the production line.负责生产线的统计过程控制。

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1.University degree above, major in electric or electronic.本科以上学历，电气或电子专业毕业；机械或者自动化

2. At least 3 years SMT working experience as process engineer is must, 2 year working for foreign company is plus. Experience in electronic or automotive area is preferred. 至少3年以上SMT行业工艺的工作经验（必须），***2年以上外资企业工艺经验，汽车电子，电气自动化，或者电子集成电路领域工作经验优先；

3.Familiar with office software.熟悉办公室软件；

4.Good English in speaking and writing , be able to use English to communicate in daily job.能用英语作为工作语言（需要和 公司内外德国同事，国外供应商等日常沟通）

5. Good process experience on PCB laser marking, SMT, Reflow soldering, printing, SPI, AOI ….对SMT工艺有比较深入的了解，熟悉如PCB 激光打标，元器件贴片，回流焊，刷锡膏，锡膏光学自动检测，回流焊质量光学检测等。（回流焊，贴片，刷锡膏工艺是核心工艺）

HED坐落于厦门火炬高新区同集园集成路1446号厂房***层，其致力于汽车继电器等汽车电器及汽车电子控制产品，主要生产S2,Micro等型号的继电器，广泛地应用在汽车的控制系统、门锁系统、车窗升降、天窗控制、座椅调节、车灯控制、冷却系统、ABS系统，也可用于工程车辆及其他自动化控制设备中。

 

公司主要客户有上海大众，一汽大众，上海通用，现代汽车等整车厂；德尔福汽车线束，汕头YAZAKI等汽车配件一级供应商。

 

Hella(Xiamen) Electronic Device Co., LTD(Abbreviation HED) was co-founded by Hella Group. It registering at Xiamen in August 2011. It produce automotive relays and other automotive electronics control products. Its shareholder is Hella KGaA Hueck& Co. Hella KGaA Hueck& Co. is a wordwide level automotive electronics supplier. It posses leading automotive electronic design, development and manufacturing technology.

HED is located at 1st floor NO.1446, Jicheng RD, Tongji Park, Huoju Gaoxin Dist, Xiamen. HED will produce automotive relays and other automotive electric equipment, automotive electronic control products. It mainly produce S2, Micro and other type of relays. These relays are widely used at automotive control system, lockstitch of door, car window’s up-down, top window’s controlling, chai’s adjustment, car light’s controlling, cooling system, ABS system. And these relays may also be used in engineering car and other automation control equipments.

The company’s main customer is VW Shanghai, VW Yiqi, GM Shanghai, Morden Car and other OEM plant; Delphi automotive’s wire harness, Shantou YAZAKI and other automotive replacement tier 1 supplier.
