管理工厂生产计划的具体执行，确保产品质量和交期；解决生产过程中的技术、原材料、设备、安全及人员安排问题；对生产过程提出改进建议，优化生产流程并提高生产效率。

Manage the implementation of production plan to ensure quality and delivery time; Solve the problems of technology, raw materials, equipment, safety and personnel arrangement in the production; Optimize production process and improve efficiency.

1. 依据整体生产计划进行分解落实并协调各个环节，确保产品交期；

   Allocate and enact production plan ,coordinate all aspects of the implementation to ensure product delivery;

2. 解决生产过程中的问题，包括技术、设备、材料、安全及人员安排；

   Solve the problems of technology, raw materials, equipment, safety and personnel arrangement in the production;

3. 管理产品质量，分析产生不良的原因并制定改善措施；

   Manage the product quality, analyze the causes of problem products and make improvement measures;

4. 分析生产效率、利用率、加班效率等，节约生产成本；

   Analyze production efficiency, material utilization, overtime, etc., to save production costs;

5. 管理现场设备的点检、维修及保养，确保生产的顺利进行；

   Ensure the smooth production and manage the equipment inspection, maintenance and repair;

6. 监督现场EHS、5S及安全等标准的执行情况，确保安全生产;

   Supervise the implementation of EHS, 5S and safety standards etc. to ensure safe production;

7. 完成其他交办的工作。
