岗位职责：

?  计划、指导和监督所有的供应和物流活动，以确保我们的客户可以获

得高性价比的服务与商品。

?  Plan, direct and monitor all supply and logistics activities

to ensure that our customers have access to cost-effective

services and goods.

?  管理日常供应和物流活动，以***限度地提高组织供应链的效率、可

靠性、及时性和成本效益，并确保组织、部门与供应商管理的合规

性。

Manage daily supply and logistics activities to maximize the

efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness

of the organization's supply chain, and ensure the compliance

of organization, department and supplier management.

?  负责材料计划和控制，采购，库存管理，储存，仓库，物流，运输和

分发管理。

Be responsible for material planning and control,

procurement, inventory management, storage, warehousing,

logistics, transportation, and distribution management.

?  制定、实施供应和物流计划、安排时间表和设置流程;分配合理的劳动

力和资源，以达到运输和交货时间等方面的目标，例如：库存水平;

采购、仓储费和仓储费用水平; 服务标准水平。

Develop and implement supply and logistics plans, schedule

and set up processes; allocate reasonable labour and

resources to achieve transportation and delivery time goals,

such as inventory level; procurement, warehousing, and

warehousing costs; service standards.

?  与各职能部门经理(如客户服务部、销售部、生产计划部、市场部和财

务部)保持联系，确保供应和工作与其他业务部门业务可以很好地结

合。

Keep in touch with functional managers (such as Customer

Service, Sales, Production Planning, Marketing and Finance)

to ensure that supply and work are well integrated with other

business units.

?  挑选并管理与内部供应商、外部供应商、其他服务承包商(例如供应

商、运输公司)的持续关系，最小化成本并确保组织获得最优利益。

Select and manage ongoing relationships with internal

suppliers, external suppliers, and other service contractors

(e.g., suppliers, transportation companies) to minimize costs

and ensure optimal benefits for the organization.

?  领导、指导、评估和发展员工，以确保资源得到有效利用，工作规则

和目标得以实现。

Lead, guide, evaluate and develop employees to ensure that

resources are used effectively, and work rules and objectives

are achieved.

?  客户服务意识；

?  Sense of customer service;

?  The ability for learning and handle with the urgent case;

?  优秀的团队领导能力，和良好的组织沟通技能；

?  Have the awareness of quality management, risk management and

overall situation. Have global awareness and influence

others.

任职要求：

?  专科及以上学历；

?  College degree or above.

?  4年以上工作经验; 熟悉：预测、采购、库存、运输的每个环节；制造

业采购相关背景;

?  More than 4 years working experience; familiar with every

link of forecasting, purchasing, inventory and

transportation; related background of manufacturing

purchasing.

?  熟悉供应商评估、考核，熟悉相关质量体系标准;

?  Familiar with supplier evaluation and assessment, familiar

with relevant quality system standards.

?  能熟练使用各项OFFICE操作软件并进行数据分析；（SQL、Power-BI、

VBA、python 、Access任一，能设计出服务于业务团队的查询工具或

即时报表，熟悉Navision或D365 ERP系统，精通office软件 word

excel ppt）;

?  Be proficient in using various office operating software and

data analysis; (SQL、Power-BI、VBA、python 、Access, can

design query tools or real-time reports to serve the business

team; be familiar with Navision or D365 ERP system; be

proficient in office software Word Excel ppt).

?  具备供应链团队管理经验优先;

?  Experience in supply chain team management is preferred.
