职位描述
The position holder is responsible for one of the Payroll services delivery team in Payroll Services Centre to ensure the payroll services and related administration, inquiry management as well as Payroll system support shall be delivered in an efficient, timely and accurate manner to the specified clients group.
Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for the payroll services delivery to clients is in accordance to the defined services level agreements and established standard working process as well as in adherence to local legal requirements.
- Be responsible for the performance and competence build-up in the delivery team to ensure a high employee motivation and effective knowledge transfer.
- Be actively involved in Payroll services related project implementation and work closely with Human Capital Leadership, Solution Expert and Client Partnership team to ensure the team's development supports the firm's business growth.
- To help develop the team's approaches to drive for operational efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction through a commitment of continuous improvement of key performance measurement areas.
Requirements
- Strong commitment, willing to cooperate, strong service mind and accountability.
- Keep positive attitude and solid performance under high work pressure.
- Track record of leading a team and leveraging diversity especially of a young and dynamic team.
- Knowledge or experiences in Services Center, Outsourcing, SAP Payroll / HR Applications etc. will be a plus.
- Strong cross-cultural communications and project management capabilities.
- Thought leadership in identifying short term and long term priorities in order to support business needs.
- Strong ability in complexity problem solving with creativity and open-mindedness.
- Strong interest in Payroll services strategy and track record of experience in improving process efficiency with IT tools.
- Excellent customer orientation with a high command of spoken and written English.
- Bachelor degree or above in Economics, Business or Computer or other related fields.
