职位目的：

各类现有防护服生产工艺的制定和优化，以及与设备相关的改进。

  

具体职责:

1.工艺改善：负责生产产线已量产产品的工艺改进及优化，提升产线的安全，质量，效率。

2.标准工时制定: 负责产线标准工时(GSD)的制定，验证及发布。

3.新产品导入：开发前期与研发团队的工艺讨论及验证，并负责协助研发完成新产品的导入产线的验证，确保新产品可以在设计的工艺条件下稳定生产，达到公司要求的质量及效率要求。

4.设备和治具的改善：及时发现并解决生产中出现的设备工艺问题，与工程部设备工程师一起开发并验证新的设备。负责设计、改进、测试生产工装治具，减少流程中的变动因素，提升工艺稳定性。

5.负责编制工艺作业指导书(SOP)。

6.做好本岗位或相关负责区域的5S和EHS工作。

7.上级交办的其他事项。

  

任职资格：

1. 本科学历，服装、工业工程或其它相关专业 

2. 5年以上相关工作经验，有服装或防护服行业工作经验者优先

3.中文精通，英文读写

4. 熟练使用OFFICE软件，CAD制图能力优先

1. 熟悉服装或无纺织物制品生产流程以及相关设备的制作工艺；

2. 较强的现场问题解决能力；

3.思维逻辑性强，有创新想法；

4. 责任心强，团队意识强；

5. 有较强的安全及质量意识。

  

Job Purpose:

Create and optimize the production process of various existing protective clothing, find the way to improve related equipment.

Specific Accountabilities:

1.Process Improvement-Responsible for the process improvement and optimization of mass production products in the production line to improve the safety, quality and efficiency of the production line.

2.Responsible for the formulation, validation and release of GSD.

3.Discuss and verify the process with the R & D team in the early stage of development, be responsible for assisting the R & D to complete the validation of the new products into the production line so as to ensure that the new products can be stably produced under the designed process conditions and meet the quality and efficiency requirements of the company.

4.Equipment & Jigs Improvement-Find and solve the equipment process problems in production timely, develop and verify new equipment together with Equipment Engineer with Engineering Department. Responsible for designing, improving and testing the production tooling and jigs, reducing the variation factors in the process and improving the process stability.

5.Be responsible for the formulation of process operation instruction (Standard Operating Procedure).

6.To ensure the 5S and EHS in this position or related responsible area.

7.Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

   

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree, major in dress designing, industrial engineering or other related fields.

2. Minimum 5 years related working experience, working experience in clothing or body protective clothing industry is preferred.

3. Proficient in Chinese, English reading and writing is necessary.

4. Familiar with office software, CAD drawing ability is preferred.
