职位描述


Requirements:

    

1.      Fluent in English Language, located in Shenzhen, China.

    

2.      Proven working experience in project management, preferably in the field of Consumer Products

    

3.      Solid Consumer Product background with understanding and/or hands-on

    

4.      Strive for Excellence & Quality work

    

5.      Strive for self-improvement

    

6.      Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

    

7.      Team Player who will be able to demonstrate Trust, Respect and Candor

    

8.      Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

    

9.      Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project

    

10.   University Degree

    

    

Responsibilities:

    

1.      Early engagement in product concept development phase to work with global PM, PD & sourcing team to understand new product concept. Participate in product manufacturing feasibility study, definition of project scope as per needed. Get to understand project objectives in terms of scope/time/quality/cost in new concept innovation stage.

    

2.      Work with internal function team & suppliers to develop detailed project plan as per defined project goals; set effective team communication plan to ensure controlling & monitoring of the project run progress and align team on the same page.

    

3.      Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects to meet project goals. Make periodic summary of the project performance to evaluate the degree of overall goal achievement. Lead countermeasures discussion with all cross-function team members to reduce project risk according to the corresponding risk assessment.

    

4.      Coordinate with internal stakeholders/suppliers to ensure resource allocation based upon project actual needs or aligned project priorities.

    

5.      Manage all changes to the project scope, project schedule, project quality and project costs by using appropriate verification techniques.

    

6.      Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in Share Point or PLM system.

    

7.      Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/ vendors/internal stakeholders.

    

8.      Report and escalate to management as needed.

    

9.      Perform other related duties as assigned.
