The Company

The company is a Hong Kong based garment and fabric agent, owned and managed by Europeans. Specialized in fashion garments, denims, jackets and fabrics, with offices in Hong Kong, Bangladesh and China. The agent is working globally with for example clients, from The Netherlands, Italy, Russia, New Zealand.

Job description

Due to continued growth, the company is looking for her Xiamen office, for a specialist in Denim or Jackets. The responsible need to have in depth knowledge different kind of fabrics, accessories and import/export experience. The company has a separate business unit that is in charge of exporting fabrics/ accessories to Bangladesh for the garment production.

The candidate will be responsible for follow up of full process from； sourcing, developments, order, control and documentation LC preparations/ control for export to Bangladesh in close co-operation with the factories in Bangladesh, the fabric suppliers in China.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assurance of services including, fabrics inquiry, development, order and settlement.

2. Identify and solve the problems to ensure the high quality of products and production schedules can be met.

3. Coordinate with QA teams for fabric inspection.

4. Develop and maintain the long term relationship with suppliers.

5. Guide orders from fabric and accessories purchase to output.

6. Occasionally travel to China fabric suppliers.

7. Procurement and sourcing for fabrics and accessories

8. Have knowledge and experience with export procedures, LC formalities

Job Requirements:

1. Higher Diploma or above in textile & clothing or related discipline

2. At least 5 years’ practical experience with focus on fabrics materials in the apparel manufacturing / trading industry

3. In depth knowledge in woven and knit fabrics, accessories

4. Strong problem solving techniques, pro-active approach

5. Mature, responsible, independent, pro-active, well-organized, creative mindset and detail minded

6. Excellent interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

7. Willing to travel within China.

面料及辅料跟单

职位描述

因业务增长需要，现公司拟在厦门招聘熟悉牛仔或夹克面料的人才。要求对各种面料及辅料配件有深入的了解有有丰富的相关进出口经验。公司设有单独的业务部门，专门负责向孟加拉国出口用于服装生产的面料/辅料配件。

该职位将负责搜寻、开发、下单、管控和文件包括信用证制单及管控等的全程跟进，其间需要与孟加拉的服装厂及中国面料供应商进行密切的配合以管控面料出口。

职责

1. 确保各项任务包括面料询盘，开发，下单，及结算

2. 能够发现问题、解决问题，确保产品的高质量、满足货期的要求。

3. 与质检团队紧密合作 进行面料检验。

4. 发展和保持与面料供应商的良好合作关系

5. 从面料及辅料配件采购到产出的定单全程起主导的作用

6. 偶尔需要到出差到国内供应商处

7. 搜寻开发面料及辅料配件供应商

8. 具备相关出口业务程序、信用证出口经验

要求

1. 高等学历以上、具备纺织及服装或相关学历

2. 在服装生产或服装贸易行业面料方面5年以上实际经验

3. 对针织及梭织面料及辅料配件有深度了解。

4. 有较强的解决问题能力和技巧，积极主动

5. 成熟，负责，独挡一面，积极主动，有条理，有创造性的思维，注重细节

6. 出色的人际关系能力，且具备良好中、英文听说读写能力。

7. 可以适应在国内出差
