Merchandiser (Garments)

The company is a Hong Kong based garment agent, owned and managed by Europeans. Specialized in fashion garments, denims, jackets and fabrics, with offices in Hong Kong, Bangladesh, Singapore and China. The agent is working globally with for example clients, from The Netherlands, Italy, Russia and New Zealand.

Job description

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for our Xiamen office, for a Merchandiser with decent knowledge of quality, merchandising, and planning.

The merchandiser should be able to take a leading role in handling the garment orders in best interest of the client individually, and where needed guide best solutions for client and supplier to maintain a successful process flow.

Responsibilities:

1. Candidates must have the ability to monitor activities from sampling/development, production up to shipment.

1. Responsible for follow up of Technical- ,Pre-Production and Production samples, based on quality, outcome and fitting, and advise improvements when required

1. Candidates must have woven & knit merchandising experience.
2. Attentive manner towards detailed requirements is essential.
3. Strong technical knowledge in garment/ yarn construction, washing, cutting, sewing, trims & accessories, etc.
4. Make sure Time of delivery is on time.
5. Candidate need to have excellent English skills, for communication with clients, concerning approvals, delivery schedules, and samples.
6. Candidates with experience in Outdoor, Denims and Fashion garment are preferred

Job Requirements:

1. Higher Diploma or above in textile & clothing or related discipline
2. At least 5 years’ practical experience with focus on merchandising on behalf of Retailer
3. In depth knowledge in woven and knit fabrics, accessories
4. Strong problem solving techniques, pro-active approach
5. Mature, responsible, independent, pro-active, well-organized, creative mindset and detail minded
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
7. Willing to travel within China.

服装外贸跟单员

职位描述

因业务的持续增长，我司厦门办现诚招经验丰富的服装跟单员。要求能够在独立挡一面，在处理客户订单时以客户利益出发主导整个订单流程，在为客户及供应商提供必要的解决方案时充分发挥主导作用，从而保证订单顺利完成。

工作职责

1. 能全程跟踪监控产品流程，从样品/开发，生产到运输交付。

2. 负责跟进技术、产前、生产中抽样，根据质量、产出结果和试衣，提出改进建议。

3. 必须具备针织和梭织跟单经验。

4. 注重关注细节。

5. 具备服装/纱线构成、洗涤、裁剪、缝纫、修边及配件等等专业知识.

6. 确保交货时间.

7. 必须具备熟练的英语沟通技能，与客户就订单确认，交货期及样品等方面进行沟通。

8. 具有户外运动服、牛仔和时装方面跟单经验为佳。

工作要求

1. 面料与纺织或相关专业高等以上学历
2. 代表买方5年以上实际跟单工作经验
3. 对梭织及针织面料及辅料配件有深度的了解
4. 有较强的解决问题方法、技巧和能力，能积极主动地解决困难。
5. 成熟稳重，负责任，独立，积极，有条理，具有创造性同时注重细节
6. 良好的人际交往沟通能力，并且熟练掌握中、英文听说读写。
7. 可以适应工作需要出差
