- 1. 大学本科学历，电气工程或高、中压绝缘背景优先。
- 2. 5年以上互感器设计或制造经验，有试验经验及开关柜背景者优先。
- 3. 熟悉中压CT/VT产品、模具及制造工艺。
- 4. 具有较强的商业头脑和客户导向意识。
- 5. 善于组织协调
- 6. 良好的逻辑和有效的分析能力，有效沟通

This is a DSCPIT-Designer role reporting to Engineering Manager in Business Area – Electrification, Distribution Solutions located in Xiamen, China which provides defined services to the internal customers with best quality in the most efficient way.

- Providing technical support to overseas and domestic project timely, handling order and maintain SAP system on time.
- Continuously designing optimization and cost savings and continuously standardizing raw material and finishing goods, reducing inventory.
- DTO designing for striving for more orders and providing best in class Engineering solutions within own technical area.
- Managing document and drawing, ensuring its effective and up to date, leading or/and participate to solve the top 5 quality issue/problems.
- Optimizing business process and tools for higher efficiency and supporting financial and commercial to update product price regularly.
- Proactively and timely supporting other functional department based on business needs.
- Performing other work from management.

- Must have a University degree, electrical engineering or high/medium voltage insulation background is preferable.
- At least 5 years instrument transformer design or manufacture experience, test experience and switchgear background are preferable.
- Must be familiar with MV CT/VT products, mound and manufacture process.
- Must have strong business acumen with customer orientation mind., being skillful in organizing and coordinating.
- Exhibit good logic and effective analytical skills and communicate effectively.
- Must be flexible with strong ability of acculturation, be result-oriented to drive for improvement of business results.
- Must be fluent in reading/writing/speaking English.
