- ? 关注新产品或新供应商的风险，采取风险防范措施

- ? 监测生产过程的质量稳定性
- ? 接收客户反馈的质量问题，分析并改进，以推动产品质量的提升

- ? 本科及以上学历
- ? 机械制造、材料等相关专业
- ? 熟悉质量管理和质量检验的相关知识
- ? 熟悉机械、材料等相关标准.
- ? 熟悉核电项目的需求
- ? 熟悉机械制造及材料加工处理等工艺要求.
- ? 熟练运用质量管理工具
- ? 良好的英语听说读写能力

This is a QC Engineer role reporting to Quality Manager in Business Area – Electrification, Distribution Solutions located in Xiamen, China which provides defined services to the internal customers with best quality in the most efficient way.

- Performing incoming parts routine inspection/verification/first sample inspection, working on supplier quality control, handling quality issue occurred in production or customer factory and continual quality improvement, maintaining quality performance.
- Establishing material & finished product quality standard, implementing the routine inspection according to the test plan.
- Verifying the key characteristics of the incoming goods according to the test plan, handling the nonconforming goods according to working process.
- According to the initial sample process, implementing the initial sample test and finish the initial sample task on time.
- Auditing and supervising the supplier's quality process (5M1E), to ensure the supplier's production process and technology are stable and reliable, monitoring production quality.
- Receiving quality issue from customer, analysis and improving product quality, establishing material & finished product quality standard base on customer’s requirement & related standards.
- Strictly executing the company's 5S & Safety policy and managing the test equipment.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Must have a College degree or above with major in machinery manufacturing or material.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in quality inspection and minimum 3 years of work experience in mechanical industry.
- Must be familiar with related knowledge of quality management and quality inspection and with related standards of machinery, material etc.
- Must be familiar with the manufacture process of machinery and material and with SAP quality module operation.
- Must be experienced in measurement & inspection skills and skilled at application of quality management tools.
- Must have good PC skills in using Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
- Must have good English skills of reading, listening, speaking & writing.
- Quality inspection staff post card and ISO9000 internal auditor certification desired.
