Responsibility

1.Maintain the production equipment in good status through the implementation of TPM;

通过TPM的执行保证设备的正常运行；

2.Setup and implement the Preventive Maintenance plan;

建立和执行设备的保养计划；

3.Add up error-proofing function for assembly equipment;

对装配设备增加防错功能；

4.Support project team with the setup of new production equipment & technology;

在新设备的建立和技术上对项目进行支持；

5.Follow up and improve the efficiency of equipment to increase the productivity;

跟踪和改进设备的效率；

6.Support the online maintenance;

支持设备维修；

7.Provide technical training to techs. and operators;

对技术员和操作工进行培训；

8.Design, adjust and install new equipment for production use and engineering evaluation;

对生产线的新设备进行设计，调整和安装以及评估；

9.Production up/down time analysis with report;

通过报告对设备停机时间进行分析；

10.Analyze, prioritize the equipment improvement with cost cautiousness. Control the realization of the equipment improvement.

设备改进成本分析和设备改进进度控制。

Requirements

1.University degree in Automation or Mechanical related;

自动化和机械本科专业；

2.5 years’ work experience in equipment engineering maintenance and management;

5年以上的设备维修和改造经验；

3.Good Computer knowledge;

良好的计算机能力；

4.C language (expert knowledge required);

熟悉C语言；

5.Be familiar with electrical and pneumatic system (expert knowledge required);

熟悉电子和电气系统；

6.Be familiar with Mitsubishi PLC and Siemens PLC (expert knowledge required);

熟悉三菱，西门子PLC；

7.Be familiar with Lean, 6 Sigma;

熟悉Lean和6 Sigma;

8.Design knowledge of automation equipment;

自动化设备设计能力；

9.Good communication skills of oral and written in English;

良好的英语口头沟通和读写技能；

10.Self-motivated and team work spirit.

Hella's activities in China date back to the early 1980s. In 1982 the first Hella delegation visited China to jump-start Hella's involvement in China with license agreements signed. In 1996 Hella founded its first two Joint Ventures in China , in Changchun and Shanghai , to further develop the business in the Chinese market and show Hella's unwavering commitment to China . 2005-2006: 重组海拉在中国的业务 : 长春海拉和上海海拉电子实现独资；合并长春海拉和长春灯具研发中心；合并海拉电子和电子研发中心
