职位描述
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for office staff claim and petty cash claim
- Responsible for all expense payments of company and deposit payment and rental payments
- Responsible for payments purchase / Bank Charge / Interest / Funding transfer
- Maintain deposit control list (rental deposit, quality deposit, fitout deposit etc.)
- Check Monthly AP schedule & Inventory Receiving (X-pert & stealth)
- Maintain tax agency contract for branches
- Maintain invoice log
- Maintain vender Master data (landlord, purchase, service provider, expense)
- Manager SOX for AP cycle - invoice log/ GIT / Third party / Sundry payable / Wechat & Alipay
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3-4 years accounting experience, preferably in retail industry
- Positive work attitude, steadfast and willing to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills, able to work independently
- Good command of both spoken and written English
