Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Close Oracle to Tagetik monthly
• Complete Tagetik Reports monthly
• Report to China GM / other departments monthly
• Complete stock closing - SOH / Inventory report to Italy / average cost
• Complete KPI report monthly
• Complete sales markdown report monthly
• Complete Interco report monthly
• Manage TP adjustment monthly
• Complete CAPEX Report monthly (additional Tagetik report)
• Prepare annual/quarter/ad hoc budget/revised budget and reforecast and complete data upload in Tagetik monthly
• Prepare Report about COVIN-19 monthly
• Complete SOX reports (inventory)
• Complete quarterly / yearly additional report to Capri
• Complete local statutory report (yearly closing-31 Dec), report for GV / Capri Holding (yearly closing-31 Dec) and report for Victory Group (yearly closing-31 Mar)
• Responsible for annual Audit (local statutory, GV/Capri Holding/Victory in 31 Dec/ 29 Feb/31 Mar)
• Assist additional ad hoc tasks

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or Finance;
• Qualified Accountant with internationally renowned accounting firms’ experience is a plus;
• Minimum 3-5 years solid working experience with managing reporting or business analyses is a plus;
• Able to work with large amount of data: facts, figures, and numbers crunching;
• Knowledge of Oracle Finance, Hyperion, SAP and POS System user experience is an advantage;
• Well-organized, multi-task, self-motivated, good team work spirit, independent and able to work under pressure;
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS office, complex formulas and databases;
• Good command of both spoken and written English;
• Positive thinking and “can-do” attitudes are must.
