Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Reconcile daily sales report with LL statement and bank receipts
• Responsible for Customer deposit / Credit Note /Store Credit Limit (variance between VCN Xtore/Stealth sales data and VCN/shopping mall sales data)
• Book accounting revenues and Out-put VAT in Oracle
• Issue and deliver VAT invoice/Fapiao to LL and branches
• Issue invoice for non-institutional E-Commence (Secco, Tmall VJC, and Tmall GV)
• Update schedule for AR overdue report, Deposit report, Store Credit Limit
• Contact the landlord chasing for payment (credit control)
• Refund for sales return
• Invoice real E-commence and fake E-commence weekly  (Secco / T-Mall) and Key in the sales data in Stealth
• Bind monthly sales memo
• Manager SOX for revenue and AR cycle

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above
• 1-2 years accounting experience, preferably in retail industry.
• Positive work attitude, steadfast and willing to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, able to work independently
• Good command of both spoken and written English;
