Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Create Other Payable (OP) vouchers and update invoice log
• Prepare online banking E-payments and scan them
• Responsible for weekly Net Financial Position (NFP) report (submit to GV and Capri treasury)
• Forecast cashflow weekly (submit to Capri and GV treasury)
• Update payment schedule and invoice log by bi week
• Refund for sales return
• Responsible for bank reconciliation monthly
• Manage POS terminal of branches and contact with Union pay
• SOX for banking/payment cycle
• Certify input VAT / Check Output VAT / VAT payable
• Stamp Duty monthly
• Arrange with holding tax for cross-border payments
• Kingdee Voucher & Report for branch and company monthly
• Provide VAT input, output tax detail to tax agent for branch VAT return preparation monthly
• Review branch VAT return prepared by tax agent monthly
• Compile branch accounting vouchers according Kingdee accounting voucher sequence monthly
• Extract Net transfer ( shop to shop / warehouse to shop / shop to warehouse) from system - Stealth) monthly
• Book Uniform monthly
• SOX for Tax (VAT/CIT) cycle
• Filing CIT (Quarterly and yearly)
• Filling Annual Tax
• Responsible for annual Transfer Price Documentation (TPD)
• Set up new branch
• De-register branch
• Maintain branch licenses and arrange annual inspection with relevant government departments

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above
• 3-4 years accounting experience, preferably in retail industry.
• Positive work attitude, steadfast and willing to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, able to work independently.
• Good command of both spoken and written English;
