Responsibilities:
1.Plan and carry out full run audits for new developed tools. Follow up corrective actions of all findings to close the audit.计划并对新开发的项目执行节拍试量产审核，跟踪供应商提供的改善措施以关闭审核；
2.Follow up of APQP activities of purchased parts. 对采购件执行先期产品质量策；
3.Approve Part Submission Warrants （PSW, PPAP） for New components.对新开发的采购件执行量产零件批准（PSW, PPAP）；
4.Prepare and Plan the inspection Plans including quantity, frequency, dimension etc. for the Incoming Quality Control （IQC） .准备零件进料检验计划，包括抽样计划，检验频次，检验方法等；
5.Suggest and follow up quality improvement programs at suppliers who do not consistently comply to automotive standards or Hella criteria （supplier development） .发起供应商质量改善项目以保证供应商持续符合海拉的要求以及汽车行业相关标准；
6.Implement complaint management for supplier quality issues happened in full run and safe launch period, incl. charge back of non-quality costs.在试量产和安全预生产阶段，对供应商质量问题执行抱怨管理，包括不良质量成本索赔；
7.Conduct feasibility study with solutions of new projects which from candidate suppliers, so that only capable suppliers will be nominated.新项目初期，对候选供应商提供的解决方案执行可行性分析，确保只有能胜任的供应商会被定向；

Requirements:
1.At least 3 years industrial experience, preferably in manufacturing companies in the automotive industry, including 2 years in quality and/or process management.至少3年制造业工作经验，汽车制造行业工作者有限，至少包括2年质量或者过程管理经验；
2.Familiar with IATF 16949 and process audit （VDA 6.3） in automotive experience.熟悉汽车行业要求的IATF 16949和VDA6.3；
3.Problem Solving Skill （8D, FTA, 5 Why etc.）
熟悉问题解决技巧（8D，故障树分析，5个为什么等）；
4.Bachelor or above, major in Mechanical engineering or mechatronics.本科学位以上，主修机械工程或者机械专业；
5.Good command of English （both speaking and writing）.熟练掌握英语（包括书面和口头交流）；
6. Experience in quality and process control of injection insert molding & automation line relative would be an advantage.. 具有镶嵌注塑成型及相关自动化技术经验的优先。
7.Professional knowledge of quality tools SPC, MSA, 8D, FMEA, APQP, and PPAP

HED坐落于厦门火炬高新区同集园集成路1446号厂房***层，其致力于汽车继电器等汽车电器及汽车电子控制产品，主要生产S2,Micro等型号的继电器，广泛地应用在汽车的控制系统、门锁系统、车窗升降、天窗控制、座椅调节、车灯控制、冷却系统、ABS系统，也可用于工程车辆及其他自动化控制设备中。

 

公司主要客户有上海大众，一汽大众，上海通用，现代汽车等整车厂；德尔福汽车线束，汕头YAZAKI等汽车配件一级供应商。

 

Hella(Xiamen) Electronic Device Co., LTD(Abbreviation HED) was co-founded by Hella Group. It registering at Xiamen in August 2011. It produce automotive relays and other automotive electronics control products. Its shareholder is Hella KGaA Hueck& Co. Hella KGaA Hueck& Co. is a wordwide level automotive electronics supplier. It posses leading automotive electronic design, development and manufacturing technology.

HED is located at 1st floor NO.1446, Jicheng RD, Tongji Park, Huoju Gaoxin Dist, Xiamen. HED will produce automotive relays and other automotive electric equipment, automotive electronic control products. It mainly produce S2, Micro and other type of relays. These relays are widely used at automotive control system, lockstitch of door, car window’s up-down, top window’s controlling, chai’s adjustment, car light’s controlling, cooling system, ABS system. And these relays may also be used in engineering car and other automation control equipments.

The company’s main customer is VW Shanghai, VW Yiqi, GM Shanghai, Morden Car and other OEM plant; Delphi automotive’s wire harness, Shantou YAZAKI and other automotive replacement tier 1 supplier.
