This is an Open Innovation Scouting Manager, reporting to Business Area Electrification located at Shenzhen, China.

- Performing target scouting and screening of startups around the globe.
- Analyzing the market requirements and technology trend.
- Searching and setting up open innovation collaboration in APAC.
- Communicating and collaborating with startups, building connections with the startup world.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Must have a bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.
- Solid market research, data analysis and data searching knowledge.
- Solid understanding in AIoT, smart building, cloud computing, big data.
- Good communication and presenting skills with good English both in speaking and writing.
- Good team player.
