职位描述
岗位职责：
1、整个应收账款流程优化与架构设计的关键用户。
2、协助OTC应收账款流程经理管理所有公司于经销商之间的货款、瓶箱押金、对账和月结等业务。
3、确保合适的内部控制以杜绝实质性的风险，按照最小控制风险的要求保护公司的资产（比如应收账款）。
4、在团队内部建立起良好的服务理念。通过有效的沟通确保客户的满意度并且帮助客户解决问题，进一步扩大客户的需求范围。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历要求，会计或者财务专业，具备良好的英语沟通和读写能力
2、2至5年财务会议岗位经验，较丰富的财务会计经验
3、熟悉销售、市场与物流流程，理解它们相互关系和特有挑战的能力
4、结果导向型的领导力，具备非常强的团队建设能力。
5、具备优秀的沟通与变革管理技能。
