Roles & Responsibilities:

1.      Process equipment maintenance:设备维护:

·       Be responsible to prepare the annual maintenance plan for all process equipment (such as cleaning and test benches for subassembly, dielectric and continuity test instrument, all repair equipment, consumables filing & package machine and carton package machines etc.) to ensure all process equipment can run with proper & timely maintenance.

负责准备所有工艺设备的年度维护计划(如清洁和测试模块、电和持续性测试仪器,所有维修设备、耗材申请&包装机和纸箱包装机等),以确保所有工艺设备可以运行与适当的和及时的维护。

·       Be pilot for TPM program; plan, coordinate and monitor related TPM activities in order to ensure effective TPM system for all process equipment.

作为TPM项目的负责人;计划，协调和监督相关的TPM活动，以确保所有工艺设备的TPM系统有效

·       Plan, coordinate and follow up with relevant subcontractor to ensure effective maintenance in place for all process equipment.

与相关的分包商计划、协调和跟踪，确保所有工艺设备的有效维护到位。

·       Analyse the equipment deeply, get understanding for root cause of equipment defect and propose solution to reduce breakdown time continuously.

对设备进行深入分析，了解设备缺陷的根本原因，提出解决方案，持续减少设备故障时间。

·       Be responsible for spare part plan and management for all process equipment.

负责所有工艺设备的备件计划和管理。

·       Following to group PE or SME instruction, develop equipment maintenance process and SOP. Provide training to operators of daily maintenance (i.e. 1st level of maintenance) for process equipment.

遵循集团PE或SME的指导，制定设备维护流程和SOP。对工艺设备的日常维护(即一级维护)操作人员进行培训。

·       Support PE & SME for new production process installation, commissioning and qualification.

对工艺设备的日常维护(即一级维护)操作人员进行培训。

·       Support to manage or coordinate subcontracted in house service (Electrician) with performing of hand-on check and maintenance by daily/weekly/monthly for process equipment.

协助管理或协调分包商(电工)对工艺设备进行日常/周/月的现场检查和维护。

·       Be responsible for repair of process equipment, including internal repair or external repair if it is really necessary.

负责工艺设备的维修，如有必要，包括内部维修或外部维修。

·       Be pilot for process equipment calibration.

作为工艺设备校准的试点。

2.      Building facility maintenance & repair (as backup solution) 建筑设施维护和维修(辅助支援)

·       Support to prepare the annual maintenance plan for building facility (such as A/C system, fire system, power supply system, building management system, access control system, CCTV and compress air system etc.) to ensure all building facility can run with proper & timely maintenance.

协助制定建筑设施的年度维护计划(如空调系统、消防系统、供电系统、建筑管理系统、门禁系统、闭路电视和压缩空气系统等)，以确保所有建筑设施能在适当和及时的维护下正常运行。

·       Support to plan, coordinate and follow up with relevant subcontractor to ensure effective maintenance in place for all building facility.

支持计划、协调和跟踪相关分包商，以确保所有建筑设施的有效维护到位

·       Support to mmanage subcontracted in house service (Electrician) with performing of hand-on check and maintenance by daily/weekly/monthly on building and facilities.

协助管理分包的房屋服务(电工)，对建筑和设施进行日常/周/月的现场检查和维护。

·       Support for repairs of building facility, including internal repair or external repair if necessary.

支持建筑设施的维修，包括内部维修或必要时的外部维修。

3.      Others:其他

·       Effectively manage all subcontract service contracts related building and equipment maintenance.

有效管理所有与建筑和设备维护相关的分包服务合同。

·       Responsible filing for all process equipment; ensure to manage accurate records for all of original document, TPM document, as well as records for maintenance, calibration and repairs.

负责所有工艺设备的归档;确保所有原始文件、TPM文件以及维护、校准和维修记录的准确记录。

·       Be responsible for all compliance application and ensure all process equipment meet with statutory requirements.

负责所有合规应用，确保所有工艺设备符合法定要求。

·       Propose budget for maintenance and repair, monitor & control relevant cost to ensure cost effective.

提出维护和维修预算，监控和控制相关成本，确保成本有效。

·       Involve various supply chain project (such as: PTM, new process deployment or CI project etc.) to support for process equipment preparation.

参与各种供应链项目(如:PTM，新工艺部署或CI项目等)以支持工艺设备准备。

·       Involve & support relevant Kaizen plus activities to support for continuously improvements.

参与并支持相关的改善活动，以支持持续改进。

Qualifications and Experience:

Education/Training Required教育/培训要求：

·       Preferably a degree in industrial engineering. 工业工程专业优先。

·       With bachelor’s degree, prefer major on automatic control. 本科学历，自动化控制专业优先。

Work Experience Required工作经验要求:

• Engineering background  工程背景
• Good TPM experience for process equipment maintenance. 良好的工艺设备维护TPM经验。
• 3 years’ experience on similar position.  3年以上相关工作经验

Knowledge知识：

• Lean manufacture and strong on TPM. 精益生产和TPM能力强
• Office software. Office软件

·       Be familiar with pneumatics and hydraulic aspects. 熟悉气动和液压方面的知识。

·       Be familiar with PLC system. 熟悉PLC系统

·       Priority with knowledge and experience for Graphical editing language - Labview. 具有图形编辑语言Labview的知识和经验优先

Skills技能：

• Strong manual (hand-on) skills. 熟练的动手技能。
• Good communication / influencing skills (Train, run, motivate working sessions with both internal & overseas teams). 良好的沟通/影响技能(与国内外团队进行培训、运营、激励工作会议)。
• Ability to work on own initiative. 工作积极主动
