电商网店店长运营

    

1、组建和开设新店，并负责与电商平台（天猫、京东、拼多多等等平台）对接，沟通争取资源位置及平台活动的报名；

    

2、负责线上各平台项目商品的规划，统筹运营与管理；

    

3、负责销售数据及库存分析，对货品进行有效调配；

    

4、负责产品结构设计和新品规划，并采取各种营销组合策略提高销售额和利润；

    

5、带领团队完成各平台店铺项目产品的各项运营指标，并实时反馈、改进；

    

6、制定与执行各平台网店项目产品的推广计划及促销策略，并实时跟进和改进措施；

    

7、定期对各店铺的流量数据、营销数据、交易数据、产品管理、客户管理等进行详细的系统分析，不断地调整策略完成销售指标；

    

8、监督管理与优化各平台网店项目产品的页面、陈列、关联、文案、价格、活动等事项。

    

9、根据店铺运营指标，制定并实施店铺运营方案，完成店铺销售指标；

    

10、根据销售情况策划各类活动，以达到有效的广告宣传和促销推广。

    

    

    

任职要求：

    

1熟悉网络推广、传播方式和渠道分销，熟悉电子商务模式与流程；有丰富的互联网络和淘宝网店营销及其促销活动经验

    

2.具有较强的数据分析能力，善于梳理数据问题及推动产品运营优化，制定电商发展方向及推广营销计划，完成阶段的任务指标；

    

3.较成熟的产品运营方法论和极强的执行力，对市场营销敏感度高：

    

4.具备团队管理与人员培养经验，有0-1建立电商团队经验者优先。

Our company was set up in 1998 in Xiamen City. It is one of the most professional exporters of shoes in China, possessing the biggest showroom in our area. We have more than one hundred staffs in our office.
We are the supplier of some famous brand for many years, such as Fila / Spalding / Kangaroos /Skechers / Diadora / Lee cooper and so on.
We export more than six million pairs of shoes to the clients all over the world every year. Our main products are sport casual shoes, children shoes, sandals, hiking shoes, football shoes, etc.
We have branch offices and factories in Jinjiang and Wenling city. Meanwhile we cooperate with many other factories, thus the most suitable factory can be selected for every order to achieve the best quality and delivery date.
We attend Canton Fair and GARDA Fair every year to ensure a regular communicating with our clients face to face.
Our own research and development team makes more than 2000 pairs of new samples every month. We are able to finish urgent samples very quickly. The new collections are all created by our own designers. They are all unique styles that the other suppliers never have. Our designers keep searching and collecting the inspiration and newest product all over the world every season. We also make samples according to the clients’ design and samples.
