1, Leading and coaching VAS team to achieve the daily produce target;

  

    领导VAS团队，完成日常生产工作

  

• Make the daily produce plan 制定每日生产计划
• Make the daily labor demands plan 制定劳务需求计划
• On site management 现场管理
• Driving cost efficiency via continuous improvement methodology 持续改进现场工作方法以节约成本

  

2, QA & QC management:

  

• Responsible for ensuring the daily output /inbound goods meet specified requirements

  

负责日产到货和日产产出满足预先制定的质量要求

  

 

  

3,  Customer  Focus

  

• Optimize current SOP(VAS & QA) and Quality Audit System based customer’s quality principle

  

根据客户的质量管理原则，持续优化现有的操作流程和质量管理体系；

  

• Provide VAS/Co-packing solution according to customer’s demands

  

根据客户要求，提供合适的加工和组合包装解决方案；

  

 

  

Objective

  

1,  Zero operation failure and custom complain 0投诉和操作失败

  

2,  Improve the productivity of VAS 提升VAS的生产效率

  

3,  control the VAS cost to achieve the cost down target 控制VAS成本已达成每年的成本节约目标

  

 

  

Requirements

  

1, Undergraduate degree in engineering, business or supply chain disciplines required, above 5 years related working experience 大专以上学历，工程、工商管理、供应链管理相关专业，5年以上相关工作经验；

  

2, Good awareness in customer’s requirements, and good sense in balance the customer service level and cost.

  

对客户需求敏感，并有良好的客户服务与成本控制相结合的意识；

  

3, Project management skill in  Lean / Six Sigma  advantageous；有Lean/6 Sigma等项目管理技巧为佳

  

4, Action oriented and result driven；行动意识/结果导向
