1. Key role of OTC account receivable process optimization and reengineering. 整个应收账款流程优化与架构设计的关键用户。

2. Assist AR manager managing all payment, bottle deposit between the company and wholesales. 协助应收账款流程经理管理所有公司于经销商之间的货款、瓶箱押金、对账和月结等业务。

3. Ensure proper internal controls in BSC ensuring no material weaknesses possible, and MICS compliance to protect the company asset (accounts receivable). 确保合适的内部控制以杜绝实质性的风险，按照最小控制风险的要求保护公司的资产（比如应收账款）。

4. To build good service mindset and ensure customer satisfaction by effectively communicating and helping to meet the customer’s needs and serve as the escalation point for customers. 在团队内部建立起良好的服务理念。通过有效的沟通确保客户的满意度并且帮助客户解决问题，进一步扩大客户的需求范围。

5. Ensure alignment to macro processes, risk management, routine management with Global BSC. 确保宏观流程，风险管控，日常管理与全球BSC的一致性。

6. To be the senior expert of the process and be able to perform processing of complex transactions. 成为流程的资深专家，有能力独立处理复杂的业

Qualifications and Technical competencies required 岗位所需的资质和技术能力要求

Education 教育背景:

Minimum Bachelor Degree 最低为本科要求

Major in Accounting or Finance 会计或者财务专业

Experience 工作经验:

1. 2 - 5 years’ experience in similar positions in Finance 2至5年财务会议岗位经验

   Technical competencies:(Job related) 技术能力（岗位相关的）:

   Good understanding of Finance 较丰富的财务会计经验

   Ability to understand sales/marketing/logistics processes, their interdependencies and typical challenges 熟悉销售、市场与物流流程，理解它们相互关系和特有挑战的能力

   Result oriented leadership/Highly capable in building teams 结果导向型的领导力，具备非常强的团队建设能力。

   Strong communication and change management skills 具备优秀的沟通与变革管理技能。

   Technical understanding of business application systems 业务应用系统的技术理解力

   Well organized, self-motivated individual who can work with little or no direction 良好的组织能力和自我激励精神，能够在缺少方向指导的情况下独立工作

   Ability to interact with all levels of staff and upper management in both business and technical areas 在业务和技术方面，与所有各级同事及上层管理层相互协调配合的能力
