职位描述
Job Description:
Administrative and organizational support to management, act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
Handle communications and correspondence on behalf of the manager
Secretarial work, including answering phone calls, dealing with emails, maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
Conduct research on several topics (e.g. market research)
Coordination of events
Join sales visits with management or sales team, write up sales reports. Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
Maintain CRM system, camcard etc.
Make travel arrangements
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Qualification & Skills:
Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or in other secretarial position. Preferred if you have experience in the logistics sector
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Proficiency in English CET-6 or above
College degree or above
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
High level verbal and written communications skills, both internal and external
Discretion and confidentiality
