RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Ensure all programs support retail teams base on commercial vision and strategy

? Check daily email and reply principals, facilitate communication cross-functionally 

? Communicate and support all area managers and staff to improve operation standards and to maintain consistency across all CHINA stores.

? In charge of retail reporting (weekly/monthly etc) to ensure the accuracy of data and incorporate store feedback to support 

? Expert user in all core store systems & technologies including but not limited to  other applications.

? Represent needs of retail at the weekly cross dept meeting. Support Retail Manager to recap and follow up action plans.

? Maintain and share the commercial operational calendar with field management and corporate teams 

? Respond to emergencies when needed and coordinate store and district management team to follow/execute company contingency plan.

? Follow up operational preparation plan for new store opening.

REQUIREMENTS:

? Education/Experience: 

? Bachelor’s degree and above. 

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

? Fluent English & Mandarin Required (strong on written)

? Retail experience,a plus ( not a must)

? Highly self-motivated, self-starting individual & strategic thinker

? Hands on and enjoy working in a highly creative and entrepreneurial environment

? Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written)

? Must be detail oriented, organized and flexible

? Must have strong multitasking skills and be able to work well under pressure

? Strong analytical skills
